My Linux pages are a collection of hints and notes about solving different "problems" that came up. They are for from being complete and rather useless for Linux beginners.

Linux distributions

• My first distribution was Slackware (version 2.3), installed first in June 1995 and used it for a very long time.
• Linux from Scratch, a system I used some time (but it was too time consuming)
• I used Arch Linux from October 2013 until June 2024. There are also Arch Linux related notes
• Starting from June 2024, I began using Artix Linux to get finally rid of that huge pile of shit called systemd. See my Artix Linux related tipps.
